Case Management Training
The Department of Community Health (hereinafter referred to as "DCH") is conducting this solicitation to qualify contractors to become approved providers for Service Options Using Resources in a Community Environment (SOURCE) Case Management Training. Qualified Contractor(s) will be responsible for making training opportunities available at least once per quarter beginning upon the date of the contract execution. Qualified Contractor(s) will conduct the registration of Case Managers, provide a secure payment process, secure the appropriate facilities to deliver curriculum, present the approved material, provide refreshments/meals during breaks and lunch and track and report the results of the training program through post-test.
The Department of Community Health requires that all SOURCE Case Managers complete training in SOURCE Policies and Procedures through an approved training site within the first ninety (90) days of employment and one (1) time annually during subsequent years of employment as a SOURCE Case Manager.
This procurement may result in the approval of multiple qualified training organizations and/or individuals to provide the above services. It is the desire of the Department to have multiple options for training sites to select from during each quarter. The Department of Community Health makes no representation or guarantee whatsoever as to any potential volume or consistency of business that the contractor(s) or individuals may expect.
Expenses incurred by the qualified training organization will be recovered through the fees charged to the Case Manager or Case Management Organization participating in the training.
