Case Management System with RTI and Medicaid
It is the intent of this Request for Proposal (RFP) to solicit sealed proposals from qualified firms to establish a contract for the County School Board to provide a Case Management Suite (herein after referred to as the System) and Services that include all state and federal required compliance documentation for students receiving Exceptional Education IEP support, 504, Medicaid and Response To Intervention (RTI) services.
The County Public Schools seeks a web based, data driven, comprehensive solution which will continue with the automation of all aspects of the Exceptional Education process per IDEA 2004 federal regulations. The Functional, Security and Technical Requirements described herein list the anticipated processing and operations that the proposed Case Management System must support and details the specific system requirements that must be fulfilled. The Schools is only interested in “Commercial Off-The-Shelf” (COTS) products. These products shall be implemented and seamlessly integrated by the software manufacturer and/or a network of experienced integrators certified by the software manufacturer. The Offeror shall have verifiable experience in the design and implementation of Case Management System applications.
