Case Management System
The Association is interested in expanding its current capabilities by pursuing a strategic partnership that will appropriately interact with and complement existing and planned projects and county information systems for development of solutions on the Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform.
The current project is a unified case management system for county jails, adult probation and
district attorney offices. CCAP and county development resources are creating the CORE
functionality by extending MS CRM
