Case Management Software System
The County invites qualified vendors to submit proposals for the purchase of a Legal Case Management Software System and all services required for configuration, installation and training. The County desires a Legal Case Management Software System that;
1.
Streamlines the management of documents and information related to the Countys Legal, Purchasing and Administration Departments business activities using workflows, document sharing, document assembly, scanning, calendaring, and scheduling;
2.
Stores all information about a case;
3.
Provides quick access to case information, history, documents and reports;
4.
Integrates with the Countys Microsoft Office 2003 and Internet Explorer environments.
The Legal Case Management Software System must be complete and fully operational within six weeks from the issuance of award to the contractor.
