Case Management Services
The City is seeking proposals from agencies interested in and qualified to provide case management, resource and referral, and telephone assurance line services for older adults. The Center offers a range of recreational activities and specialized social services for older adults, including a nutrition program, special events, volunteer opportunities, and enrichment classes on a year-round basis. Peak programming hours for seniors coming in for service is Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.
