Case Management
The State is requesting proposals from experienced and qualified vendors for a Case Management Solution. The Divisions provide services to assist eligible individuals with disabilities to prepare for, achieve and retain employment in integrated community settings. The Division additionally provides independent living services and manages the Business Enterprise Program. The State is seeking a solution that will assist Bureau staff with the case management, fiscal, and reporting activities involved with providing these services. The current case management system, ORSIS, was developed and implemented in the mid-90s. It is written in Progress and runs on a distributed server system. The age and limitations of the current system have created a need for a new case management solution.
