The subject requirement is for the acquisition of NSN 1240-21-920-2782, a qualified product list item. The FSC of this requirement is 1240. An Indefinite Quantity Long-Term Contract for one base year with two one year option years is anticipated. The total duration base plus option years shall not exceed 3 years. Solicitation will be a small business set aside acquisition with full & open competition after exclusion of sources. The solicitation will be available on or about 09/10/2019 at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP/ Hard copies are not available. Increments and delivery schedule will be noted on the RFP. As per the requirements of this NSN, Inspection/acceptance at destination and FOB at origin are required. All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote, which shall be considered. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
