Carpet Tile installation
i. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, "Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items," as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
ii. This solicitation number 12639519Q0258 is being issued as a, request for quotation (RFQ).
iii. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2019-005, effective August 13, 2019. Provisions and clauses incorporated by reference have the same force and effect as if they were given in full text. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. The following factors shall be used to evaluate quotes: Price, Past Performance and Technical.

x. Offerors must complete annual representations and certifications in accordance with FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications - Commercial Items (Oct 2018) with its offer (See attachment 1)

xiii. This requirement has no DPAS rating. Defense Priorities and Allocation System (DFAS) does not apply as this acquisition is not in support of an approved national defense, emergency preparedness, or energy program.

xv. Submission shall be received no later than September 24, 2019 by 1:00 pm MT emailed to Jeanine Goral, Contract Specialist. Late submissions shall be treated in accordance with the solicitation provision at FAR 52.212‐1(f).
