K084029C -- The work involves furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, services, and construction for the new approximately thirty-three thousand (33,000) square foot skate facility. The improvements proposed include a new skate facility with challenge courses, a five hundred (500) SF check in booth and restroom building, modification of existing parking lot, a four hundred (400) SF shade structure, trash receptacles, sitting/observation points, drinking fountain, security lighting, irrigation system and landscaping a 13,350 SF skate area, which includes a cast-in-place bowl; and all other work and appurtenances in accordance with specification number 4029 and drawings numbered 34594-1-D through 34594-70-D, inclusive.
