The marina caretaker serves as a point of contact for marina tenants and patrons by providing daily customer services to those in need of information such as help with boating maintenance or boating service providers. The marina caretaker may also provide assistance with docking vessels or monitoring vessels of tenants that are frequently out of town to ensure that dock lines, fenders, tarps, dinghies, shore power cords, etc. are secured and functioning properly in order to protect the boat and the marina facilities. In addition to serving as a point of contact, the marina caretaker also provides light duty
routine maintenance and cleaning services to the facilities.
