The purpose of this modification to this Notice is to formally issue the Solicitation Questions and Answers, issue Amendment 0001 to Solicitation ED-VAE-14-R-0024, issue an editable version of Attachment C - Schedule of Deliverables and Payment Schedule, and to provide an electronic copy of the Guide to Publishing t the U.S. Department of Education.
Solicitation ED-VAE-14-R-0024 has been amended as follows:
a. The page limit for Technical Proposals is now 30 pages SINGLE-SPACED. Previously, it had been 30 pages, double-spaced.
b. References to option periods have been removed.
c. The links to three websites in the NOTES section of the Performance Work Statement have been removed and the Department is providing a copy of the Guide to Publishing at the U.S. Department of Education (2013) that contains most of the same information/guidance regarding preparing documents for the U.S. Department of Education.
There is no change to the submission date of responses to this Solicitation. It remains Monday, June 16, 2014, 10:00 AM Eastern Time.
