Career/Work Readiness Certificate Program (CWRCP)
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation is being issued as Request for Proposal (RFP) 15BNAS19RCA00141. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2019-05.
Proposals shall be submitted electronically to Laurence Faytaren at lfaytaren@bop.gov. The subject line of the email must state "15BNAS19RCA00141 CWRCP Proposal-(Company Name)."
Proposals must be received no later than 12:00 p.m. EST on Tuesday, September 17, 2019.
