Care Call Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) and Financial Management System (FMS)
The South Carolina Department of Health and Human Services (SCDHHS) intends to acquire a solution for services to provide specific management and administrative functions of a “Care Call” system. The “Care Call” system must include the use of an electronic visit verification (EVV) technology and an Interactive Voice Response System (IVRS) for toll-free telephone calls. In addition, the Offeror shall include in the proposal the provision of financial management services (FMS). These functions will enable SCDHHS to monitor and oversee the provision of home and community-based services and to provide financial management services for waiver participants electing to self-direct their in-home services. SCDHHS hereby requests proposals from qualified, experienced, responsible and financially sound organizations, Offerors, to provide an electronic monitoring and tracking system that has the capability to efficiently and cost-effectively perform the services set out in this Request for Proposals (RFP).
