The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) intends to award a sole source purchase order to, Source Healthcare Analytics, LLC, 1001 E Hector, St Ste400, Conshohocken, PA 19428-2395, will provide the most recent data available from the Integrated Dataverse (IDV®) to allow the continued surveillance of CVD prescription medication fills.

The statutory authority for this sole source acquisitions is 10U.S.C 2304© (1) in accordance with FAR Part 6.302-1 - only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy the agency requirement. The NAICS code for this requirement is 518210, Data Processing, Hosting, and Related Services. The period of performance for date of award is 4 months after start award date.


Source Healthcare Analytics, LLC, has integrated dataverse (IDV) from 2009-2016 to track changes in the national and regional antihypertensive medication uptake, clinical guideline adherence, and the impact for DHDSP, AMA, and Million Hearts activities. Patented projection methodology is applied to the collected data to create the national and state level estimates within the IDV. Additional data is needed for 2017 to continue the trend analysis and support DHDSP's surveillance and research efforts and Source Healthcare can provide this information. They are the only company that collects and aggregates data to allow DHDSP to continue tend analyses for antihypertensive, station, and other CVD prescription medication fills. Source Healthcare Analytics, LLC, is the single source needed for this project.


As a result of this synopsis, no competitive solicitation will be posted on FedBizOpps. We will issue only one solicitation to Source Healthcare Analytics, LLC. However, responsible sources that believe they can meet these requirements are encouraged to identify themselves and give written notice by providing a capability statement to the Contracting Specialist by August 24, 2018. The Contracting Specialist will not respond to verbal request. All requests must be in writing.


A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed action will be based on responses to this notice and are solely within the discretion of the Contracting Specialist. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
