Cardiac catheterization implants
This is a Sources Sought Notice (Request for Information). The Government intends to establish a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for Medtronic cardiac catheterization and electrophysiology (pacemaker) implants for emergent cardiac reconstructive surgeries, plus other related cardiac devices and supplies for Tripler Army Medical Center, Hawaii.
The establishment of any BPA does not guarantee any BPA calls or orders. In the event that the Government has a need for items listed under the BPA, the Government shall place calls (orders) in accordance with FAR Part 13.303. Calls will be placed against the BPA as the need for supplies occur. The period of performance will be about 15 May 2018 through 14 May 2023 (60 months) or until the maximum value is reached, whichever is earlier. The NAICS code is 339113 and vendor must be registered in SAM with this NAICS.
Interested parties shall reply to the Regional Health Contracting Office - Pacific via email to Donna Tomita at donna.f.tomita.civ@mail.mil. Replies shall include a current price list for the items offered along with the company capability statement describing the products and ability to provide the items indicated. Telephone requests will not be honored. Responses are due by 23 Mar 2018, 10:00 AM Hawaii standard time. This notice does not obligate the Government to award a contract or otherwise pay for the information provided in response. Respondents are advised that the Government is under no obligation to acknowledge receipt of the information received or provide feedback to respondents with respect to any information submitted. No proprietary, classified, confidential, or sensitive information should be included in your response. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed effort on a full and open competition basis, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the government.
