Capital-Bay Planning Area Interoperable Governance Project
The City is seeking proposals from qualified consultants to develop an interoperable communications governance structure that encompasses the Capital Bay Planning Area. The Sacramento Urban Area Security Initiative and the San Francisco Bay Area Urban Area Security Initiative work together with representatives of the Capital Bay Planning Area, designated by the California Statewide Interoperability Executive Committee (CALSIEC), on interoperable communications initiatives. There are no formal agreements that define the structure and processes for the Capital Bay Planning Area
