The City is requesting sealed Proposals from qualified vendors for Capital Improvement Project Management Software. This will be a software lease of fully-functional software with licenses for a one year contract with the options to automatically renew or purchase at the end of the contract term and have the paid lease amount apply to the purchase price. Quote must include a purchase price after the expiration of the one year lease. Proposals are solicited in accordance with the terms, conditions and instructions as set forth in this Request for Proposal ("RFP").
