Capital Improvement Program Management Software
The purpose of this RFP is to solicit sealed proposals from qualified offerors to provide the City of Hampton with commercial off the shelf (COTS) capital improvement program management software and associated installation services and training. It is the desire of the City of Hampton to acquire an automated system for the purposes of managing the enterprise organization capital improvement program, including capital project request forms, capital project selection and tracking, in addition to budget and schedule performance.
