Capital Fund Financing Lender
Note: RFP must be requested directly from Agency either in writing or via email.
The Authority is requesting proposals from qualified firms or financial institutions, hereinafter referred to as the "Offeror", to provide financial services for leveraging the Authoritys annually appropriated Capital Fund grant, hereinafter referred to as Capital Funds, for the purpose of raising capital to be utilized to fund developments and ongoing modernization activities. The anticipated borrowing is expected to be approximately $4 million.
