Capital Campaign RFP
The Down Syndrome Association of Central Florida (DSACF) is currently seeking a qualified individual or firm to help facilitate its 2 staff members and 19-member Board through a Capital Campaign Planning process in order to determine a 5 year plan. In addition to paying off a mortgage balance on a recently purchased building in 2008 (about $267,000 is the balance), the goal is to create an additional endowment fund. This fund would be for regular maintenance/building-related expenses, so that current fundraising efforts can continue to go toward programs.
