Capital Area Foreclosure Prevention Fund
Grant funds should be used to provide support for foreclosure prevention counselors. An example of direct support would be using grant funds to defray the cost of a counselor who works directly with at risk homeowners. An example of indirect support would be to use the grant funds to defray the cost of an intake or data entry specialist, who relieves some of the burden on foreclosure prevention counselors.
