Capital Area Development Study
The State seeks to form a team of interdisciplinary advisors and professional service providers (“the Project Team”), including among others, a full services Architectural/Engineering firm and Cost Estimator (“the Design Team”) to prepare outline specifications, conduct development feasibility analyses, and document the latent potential of certain State properties. The Design Team will be a working group out of the Project Team, and is not expected to provide all services identified as part of the Study. A more detailed description of the Study, the Design Team’s role, and the expectations for this solicitation is provided in Exhibit E.
