The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Animal Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS), Plant Protection & Quarantine (PPQ) National Detector Dog Training Center (NDDTC) program is seeking to establish a contract for canines, specifically labrador retrievers and beagles for their training program.
