Canam Report Composer Software Maintenance
This acquisition is being issued in accordance with FAR Subpart 13.1. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in the notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center b Norfolk, Mechanicsburg, PA has a requirement to acquire Canam Report Composer Software Maintenance. The Sole Source Statement for this requirement is attached.
Solicitation N00189-14-T-Q171 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The Government intends to award a sole source contract to Canam Software Labs.
The North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) code for this requirement is 511210. A firm fixed price contract will be issued.
This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circulars 2005-73 effective 29 Apr 2014.
