Campus Walls and Stone Repair or Replacement
The following specifications, photos and plans describe the work to be performed at various locations on the campus of State University. The Campus walls and stone repair or replacement shall include the following:
1.Demolition, removal or preparation of walls, stone, brick or concrete structures as identified by the attached photographs, project list and site maps.
2.Replacement or repair of identified structures with the specified materials and processes, matching existing surfaces.
3.Cleanup, grading and restoration of work sites to include required and scraping.
4.Sealing of designated surfaces.
5.Alternate: Auditorium stairway walls. An alternate price shall be provided to substitute architectural limestone components for the specified precast concrete. Alternate shall also include any change in construction materials and methods that may be required to correctly install limestone wall components.
