Campus VOIP
Seeking information related to a Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) solution to provide expansion of core features (voicemail, call forwarding, etc.) to all campus phone lines. Provide call center services (automated phone system/IVR, call recording, etc.) to university academic and business offices. In conjunction with this project the university also seeks deploy Enhanced 9-1-1 locational services for the university.
