Campus Stadium Cleaning (Dail, Derr, & Doak)
Mandatory Preproposal Conference 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, June 25, 2008, North Carolina State University. For three different facilities.
The North Carolina State University Athletics Department (hereafter referred to as Athletics) seeks
proposals from qualified vendors to provide cleaning services and restroom attendants at the following
campus Athletics Stadiums:
1. Doak Baseball Stadium (seating capacity 2,500) for up to thirty-five (35) home baseball games
and up to twenty (20) additional baseball games.
2. Paul Derr Track Complex for Men and Womens Soccer Matches and Track Events (seating
capacity 2,500 3,000) for up to thirty (30) home soccer matches and five (5) track events with
the possibility of additional post season competitions.
3. Curtis and Jacqueline Dail Softball Stadium at the Paul Derr Track Complex (seating capacity
500) for up to sixteen (16) home matches with the possibility of post season competitions.
A schedule will be provided to the awarded vendor before the start of each season.
