This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation, PANNGB-18-P-0000-072668, is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-97, effective 24 Jan 2018. This procurement is Set-Aside 100% for Small Business. The NAICS code is 722320 and the small business size standard is 500 employees. Basis for award is Price, Menu, and Past Performance. The government intends to issue a single award but may issue multiple awards from this solicitation if it is determined to be in the best interest of the government. The following commercial items are requested in this solicitation:

LINE ITEM 0001 - Breakfast Meals, 50 Each Per Day, TOTAL BREAKFAST MEALS: 1,150
LINE ITEM 0002 - Dinner Meals, 50 Each Per Day, TOTAL DINNER MEALS: 1,050


Breakfast meals are to be delivered by 6:00AM EST. Dinner meals are to be delivered by 5:00PM EST.
Delivery dates for Breakfast meals: 07 July 2018 - 19 July 2018 and 24 July 2018 - 02 August 2018.
Delivery dates for Dinner meals: 07 July 2018 - 18 July 2018 and 24 July 2018 - 01 August 2018.


Delivery Location: BLDG 503A, 100 Camp Smith Drive, Camp Smith, NY 10567.
Delivery Point of Contact will be given at time of contract award.
Meals are to be dropped off at the designated delivery location as soldiers will serve themselves. All disposable serving utensils, eating utensils, condiments, plates, and cups shall be included.


Vendors must provide suggested menu for each meal with your quote.
-Breakfast menu should at a minimum include coffee/ tea and other beverages, a hot protein item, starch, bread, and fresh fruit.
-Dinner menu should at a minimum include beverages, a hot protein item, starch, bread or dinner roll, vegetables, and dessert.


Vendors shall submit questions related to this combined synopsis/solicitation not later than 11:00 a.m. EST on 19 June 2018. Questions may be directed to Christopher Hower, Contract Specialist, at (609)562-0265, e-mail Christopher.a.hower.civ@mail.mil.
Vendors shall submit quotations by pricing each line item and must include suggested menu. Quotations are due at 12:00 p.m. on Friday, 22 June 2018. Quotations must be submitted via e-mail to Christopher.a.hower.civ@mail.mil.
