Camera Installation and Integration into Sentinel Software
The 375th Contracting Squadron, Scott AFB, IL intends to purchase and install two Axis Q6055-E Pan Tilt Zoom (PTZ) (or equal) cameras and one Axis Q3515-E PTZ (or equal) camera on the exterior of hangar 1, as well as, four Axis Q6055-E PTZ (or equal) dome cameras to provide surveillance of the interior areas of hangar 1. Additionally, purchase and install one AXIS 3505V (or equal) security camera and one Command Control Communications Display Equipment (CCDE) system at the primary Command Post and one AXIS 3505V (or equal) security camera and CCDE at the alternate Command Post. The cameras and CCDE will be integrated into the Integrated Base Defense Security System (IBDSS). Video output will be available to primary and alternate Command Posts (CP), Base Defense Operations Center (BDOC) and 932nd Maintenance Operations Control Center (MOCC) to ensure all locations have visibility of
the site and control of the cameras.
The 375th Contracting Squadron, Scott AFB, IL intends to award a sole source requirement to ARA for the integration of the security cameras and CDDE into ARA's proprietary SCCS network. This notice is not a request for competitive quotes; however, interested parties may identify their interest and capability no later than 24 September 18, 12:00 P.M. CST. A determination by the Government not to compete this procurement after receiving any responses is exclusively at the discretion of the Government.
