The City is seeking a qualified Design-Build Team (DB Team) to provide design-build services for the design, permitting and construction of apron improvements for Terminal 2 located at Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport (PSHIA). The combined estimated cost for design, construction and construction administration is $7 million.SCOPE OF WORKThe DB Team will be responsible to complete the design and the construction for approximately 170,000 s.f. of 20' x 20' concrete apron slabs located at Terminal 2.
