Call Center Professional Services
The Department seeks to execute a multi-year statewide master contract with a single vendor to provide professional services related to customer service center analysis and development. Services should be billed at an hourly rate and include the following functionality: receive requests from State of Illinois agencies directly, develop scope of work design complete with cost estimates for agencies, conducting research and/or interviews and providing final analysis complete with recommendations and plan to implement
