Call Center & Fulfillment Services

The State intends to secure a contract for providing the State with call center and fulfillment services primarily for incoming tourism inquiries and requests for State publications including the Official Vacation Guide. Services shall also include warehousing and consumer inquiry reports in connection with such State tourism publications.
