Call Center
The University requires a contractor to provide support and assistance for financial aid services such as, but not limited to, financial aid, Veterans benefits, verification, and cohort default management. General areas of support would include, but not be limited to inbound and outbound calls, financial aid and Veterans Benefit eligibility, required documentation, award status, deadlines, general information to support other enrollment management functions.
