California Teachers' Retirement System, State Web Portal
The objective of the web portal is to integrate supplemental retirement programs (457 and
403(b) plans) into one easy-to-navigate website for school district employees. The web
portal should include information for each districts existing Compliance and
Administration program as well as supplemental savings plans offered by the District.
There should be no login required to access any public portion of the web portal.
Every school and Community College district in the State of California will be included
in the web portal. The 403bCompare.com web site maintained by CalSTRS staff is not
part of the scope of this web portal, however, a link to 403bCompare information must be
included in the Web Portal.
The Final web portal design must be approved by CalSTRS.
