California Solar Initiative Project Coordinator
The Evaluation Plan calls for a Project Coordinator who “will work closely with
Energy Division staff and will be responsible for coordinating the bulk of the work
described” in the Evaluation Plan. Specifically, the Project Coordinator will:
•Collaborate with Energy Division staff in the management and oversight of the CSI
Program Evaluation Plan;
•Work with the CSI Program Administrators (PAs) to help ensure that deliverables
(e.g., data requests, Advice Letters, etc.) are completed in a timely manner;
•Serve as a liaison between the selected Evaluation Plan Contractors, Energy
Division, and PAs to help ensure the deliverables detailed in each contract are
completed;
•Maintain timeline, budget, and deliverable schedules and report regularly to
Energy Division and PAs;
•Track each Evaluation Plan study and ensure timely decisions are made to support
execution of each study, e.g. making decisions on report scope, methodology
decisions, etc.
•Provide a synthesis of all evaluations in periodic report summaries; and
•Provide independent assessments of the evaluations as needed.
