Cafs at Bldg 56 and Bldg 23, American University of Beirut Medical Center
The American University of Beirut (AUB), represented by the Purchasing Department, is
planning to utilize a designated space to run a caf style service at two newly renovated
buildings at the American University of Beirut Medical Center (AUBMC), named Bldg 56
and Bldg 23. Building 56 houses in-patient as well as out-patient units and offices, while
Building 23 houses out-patient clinics only. AUB is seeking the following:
A. Qualified food service design firm to implement a turnkey project for complete fit-out of
these two new caf facilities. The firm is required to design, supply, install and provide
after-sale support.
OR
B. Qualified beverage/food service providers and/or branded caf operators for the operation
and maintenance of these two new food service facilities. The operator is required to
construct, equip, furnish, operate and maintain these two food service facilities.
