Cafeteria Rooftop Unit Upgrade
Removal of the existing cooling and heating rooftop unit serving the cafeteria and the
relocation of the new 45 ton roof top unit currently located on the roof to the location of the removed unit. Work
will also include the addition of ductwork in the cafeteria and relocation of the hot water piping serving the roof
top unit.
The work is estimated to cost $ 74,500.00
