Cafeteria Renovations

Looking for a General Contractor to oversee and complete the work required for the College Cafeteria Renovations. This includes, but is not limited to, demolition and renovation of the existing servery area, dining area, conference rooms, and two public washrooms (Mens and Womens). The contractor is to coordinate all interior design, mechanical, electrical, and kitchen equipment aspects of the project (with both new and existing conditions) and will be responsible to meet the construction schedule.
