The Postal Service intends to enter into a contract with a qualified and responsible firm for the provision of cafeteria services at the United States Postal Service, Eagan Information Technology/Accounting Service Center, 2825 Lone Oak Parkway, Eagan, MN 55121-9024. While the Postal Service is seeking a single supplier to manage and perform cafeteria services, we reserve the right to make an award that best meets the needs of the Postal Service. The cafeteria location shall be used by an offeror for the purpose of providing food and beverage services only. No vending services will be provided under a contract resulting from this solicitation. Coffee and soft drink service furnished by the offeror shall be limited to the Cafeteria location only.
