Cafeteria Food Replenisment
The Long Beach Job Corps Center, operated by Odle Management, is requesting bids to supply the center cafeteria with food and supplies. The products must meet mid-grade leve. At a minimum, bi-weekly deliveries are required. The award period will conist of October 1, 2017 - April 30, 2018.The attached spreadsheet, Food Bid List, contains a sample list of items to be purchased. Bidders are required to enter pricing on the spreadsheet provided only. The package size and the cost are to be entered in the spaces provided. Bids for "SPECIAL ORDERS" items are NOT permitted. Vendors are required to bid items that are on the Food Bid List, no substitutions. Bids submitted in other formats will be disregarded. Please be sure your company name and date of submission is on the Food Bid List.
Please note, this bid is open to all vendors but we will give special consideration to small businesses, veteran owned businesses, minority owned businesses, women owned small businesses and HubZone businesses. Please direct all questions to Peter Young and/Lisa Markouizos.
