Destination with delivery to Ft. Bliss, TX. Required delivery is 30 each 90 Days After Contract Award (DACA). This item is restricted to Ace and Company DBA Stran Technologies, Cage Code 1HVU5, because this part requires engineering source approval by the design control activity in order to maintain the quality of the part. Existing unique design capability, engineering skills, and manufacturing knowledge by the qualified source(s) require acquisition of the part from the approved source(s). Adequate technical data is not available for this acquisition. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency.
