Solicitation is for nineteen NSNs under PR 1000052072 for Cable Assemblies and Antennae.
The following information applies to the attached list of NSNs:
This solicitation is to establish a Long Term contract with a base period of three years and one two-year option period. This is an unrestricted procurement, which requires FOB:Destination with Inspection/Acceptance: Destination. There are multiple approved sources of supply for all items (see attached list of NSNs). Surge requirements do not apply to any listed items. The Government cannot furnish specifications relating to the procurement. The award decision will be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors. Surplus dealers and small business dealers and distributors having existing stocks of surplus or newly manufactured material are encouraged to respond. The response should include a completed surplus certificate, DLAD 52.211.9000, Government Surplus Material, or adequate traceability documentation to show product is acceptable. In addition, respondents should identify quantity available and price. DLA will consider all such responses and may alter the acquisition strategy if purchase of existing surplus or newly manufactured inventory is in the best interest of the government. A copy of the solicitation will be available on DIBBS. The solicitation issue date is on or about 24 March 2017.
