NOUN: CABLE ASSEMBLY, SPEC, PRON: D19H0138D1, NSN: 6150-01-654-9027, PN: 11474667-4, Quantity: 10 each applicable to the PATRIOT Missile System (M-D6). F.O.B. Destination with delivery to Redstone Technical Test Center, Cottonwood Rd Bldg. 8022 MF 4500, Redstone Arsenal, AL 35898-8052. Required delivery is 10 each 330 Days After Contract Award (DACA). All items require Production Lot Testing (50 Test Days /10 Days for final report).
This item is a 100% Small Business Set Aside. The Government has rights to the technical data, the data package is complete, and there are no technical data, engineering, tooling or manufacturing restrictions. No Technical Data Packages will be mailed out, all offerors shall be registered in FBO and Joint Certification Program (JCP) certified to obtain the Technical Data Package for this requirement. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency.
The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date or release for solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above. Foreign Firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies.
This solicitation and any amendments to the solicitation will be issued electronically IAW FAR 4.502 and FAR 5.102. As a result, hard copies will not be provided. It is therefore, incumbent upon any interested parties to periodically access http://fedbizopps.gov in order to obtain any amendments which may be issued. Failure to obtain amendments and/or failure to respond prior to the date and time set for receipt of bids/proposals may render your bid/proposal nonresponsive resulting in the rejection of the same.
