Cable/Satellite TV Services
Phoenix Indian Medical Center Campus is seeking a service provider capable of supplying Cable/Satellite TV Services to the Medical Center and surrounding ancillary buildings. The main building address is at 4212 North 16th Street, Phoenix, Arizona 85016.
Offers must meet the minimum qualifications and/or requirements set forth within the Request for Quote (RFQ) and must be capable of providing all core services set forth in the Scope of Work (SOW). The Government anticipates an award of a Firm Fixed Price Purchase Order. The Government intends to award one Purchase Order as a result of this solicitation.
The solicitation will be available on or about June 16, 2014 and will be distributed solely through the General Services Administration's Federal Business Opportunities website at www.fbo.gov. Hard copies of the solicitation will not be available. The website provides all downloading instructions to obtain a copy of the solicitation.

The RFQ due date at 12:00 pm Phoenix, Arizona Time on June 27, 2014. Late proposals will not be accepted.
All contractors doing business with the Federal Government shall be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database. The website for registration is www.sam.gov.
It is the Offerors responsibility to periodically check for any amendments to this solicitation.
The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 515210 and the Small Business Standard is $35.5 million.
