REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI)
Project Title: C-130J Armored Kits
This Request for Information (RFI) is issued for informational purposes to identify vendors capable of delivering the commodities described below. This RFI is issued for information and planning purposes only. This is not a Request for Proposal (RFP) or Request for Quote (RFQ). It is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government to issue a solicitation or ultimately award a contract/delivery order. Responses will not be considered as proposals/quotes nor will any award be made as a result of this RFI. The Government (GSA/Federal Acquisition Services (FAS) Assisted Acquisition Services (AAS)) will not be responsible for any costs incurred by interested parties in responding to this RFI.
GSA/FAS/AAS is conducting market research and desires input from industry to assist in requirements planning for a project for AAS. The information requested by this RFI will be used within the Government (GSA/FAS) to facilitate the decision making process and will not be disclosed outside of GSA and FAS.
The specifications listed below contain sufficient information for industry to respond to the RFI. The Government anticipates that award will take place NLT December 30, 2019. The contractor should confirm their lead time from the time of anticipated award. The Government (GSA/FSA) will not conduct Q&A on the RFI.
