C-130H-1 Ferry Flight Services
C-130H1 aircrew for Ferry Flight to/from Kabul, Afghanistan, or another designated South West Asia Area of Responsibility (AOR) location as determined by the United States Government Program Office to establish repair facilities at OCONUS or CONUS locations to perform periodic maintenance. This IDIQ effort will be awarded on a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) source selection. The evaluation criteria is projected/estimated as follows and subject to approval of the Source Selection Plan: Technical Capability reference Section L & MThis effort will be for a period of June 2017-May 2018 with four (4) option periods subsequently June 2018-May 2021.
