C-130H ALCS Engineering Services
This acquisition will be issued sole source to TeleDevices, LLC (CAGE Code: 3DFH1). The Government does not own technical data.
This will be a Firm Fixed Price Engineering Services contract for the final certification of the C-130H Advanced Lightning Control System (ALCS) to comply with qualification testing determined by military and operational specifications, to ensure compliance with Form Fit Function Interface (FFFI) and Operational Safety, Suitability, and Effectiveness (OSS&E) requirements. The contract is for 1 Lot. The National Stock Numbers (NSN) included in this requirement are 6220-01-433-5281 and 6220-01-433-5265.
Authority for requirements is 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, only one or limited number of responsible sources, and no other supplies will satisfy agency requirements.
