C-130 On-Board Hardware Application
This is a requirement for a C-130 Hardware Application Kit, NSN 4920-01-579-3762, Part Number 915-18503, consisting of various parts and software, and on-site training. This procurement is being issued using the Simplified Acquisition Procedures, FAR Part 12. Request for Quote Number is FA6712-14-T-0004. This requirement is set aside 100% for small business. The North American Industry Classification System code is 336413, with a business size standard of 1,000 employees. The offeror's commercial warranty of a least one (1) year shall apply and should be stated in the quotation. All offerors shall be registed in the http://www.sam.gov site. If an offeror has not completed the annual representations and certifications electronically at the SAM website, the offeror shall complete only paragraphs (b) through (i) of this provision. 52.212-3 shall be completed as noted above and submitted with the offer. Offerors must comply with all instructions contained in FAR 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors - Commercial. FAR 52.212-2 Evaluation - Commercial Items; paragraph (a) to this provision is completed as follows: price and technical capability of the item offered to meet the Government requirement. FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions - Commercial Items will be incorporated into any resultant Purchase Order by reference. FAR 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Condition Required to Implement Statues or Executive Orders - Commercial Items (Deviation).
