C-130 AN/ALR-69A (V) Radar Warning Receiver (RWR)
This consitutes notice that AFLCMC/WLN has a requirement for engineering modification and integration support for the AN/ALR-69A (V) Radar Warning Receiver (RWR) system used on the C-130 Hercules aircraft. There will be a basic contract with three (3) trial kit/install, and three (3) verification kit/installs. There will be options for one hundred and forty-six (146) Time Compliance Technical Order (TCTO) Group A Kits. Effort includes but is not limited to: AN/ALR-69A (V) RWR development, manufacture and installation, and structural modifications.
The successful offeror will be choosen using Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) source selection procedures.
Based on market research, the Government is not using policies contained in FAR Part 12, Acqisition of Commercial Items, in its soliciation for the described supplies or services.
The Draft RFP and Draft Statement of Work are attached to this presolicitation notice. Responses/questions are due by 11 April 2017 at 4:00pm EST.
The estimate release date for the RFP is 21 April 2017 with a required response date of 45 days after issuance.
Any concerns related to the Draft Satement of Work and/or desires to obtain a copy of the RFP must be submitted to Lynsey.Sanderson.1@us.af.mil by 31 March 2017. No telephonic requests.
