The Government is surveying the market to determine potential sources with the interest and qualifications to compete for the C-130 Avionics Modernization Program's (AMP) Source Familiarization Phase (SFP). The SFP is a part of the overall C-130 AMP Low Rate Initial Production (LRIP) Program. The intent of SFP is to provide C-130 AMP familiarization and "hands-on" installation experience for up to two qualified offerors to improve competitive options for AMP Full Rate Production (FRP).
